Host with Mustafa ("we," "us," "our") helps Airbnb hosts optimize their listings and manage co-hosting. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us when you fill out the free-audit form on our website. That includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Airbnb listing link
- Number of properties and your biggest need right now (selected from a list)
- Any optional message you add
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or cookies on this site, and we do not collect your information automatically in the background.
2. How we use your information
We use the details you submit solely to:
- Review your Airbnb listing and prepare your free audit;
- Reply to your request and, if it's a fit, discuss our optimization and co-hosting services;
- Provide the services you ask us to perform.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing emails to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
3. How your form submission is handled
When you submit the audit form, it is delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. The information you enter passes through FormSubmit only to deliver it to us by email. Their handling of that data is governed by FormSubmit's own privacy policy. We receive the resulting email at hostwithmustafa@gmail.com, which is a Google (Gmail) account subject to Google's privacy policy.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic request data as part of serving them. We do not control that processing.
4. Cookies & tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not use local storage to track you, and does not run any analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to opt into or out of here.
5. Data retention
We keep the emails generated by your form submission for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide any services you engage us for, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).
6. Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights over your data. To make any request, just email us at hostwithmustafa@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
7. Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for adults running short-term rental properties. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
